Error Messages

i get the following non-fatal (they don't crash the system) error 
messages whenever i use dnf. What's the cure, if any? Except for 
Libreoffice and firefox/thunderbird this is a 'vanilla' KDE, fc23 
system: i can supply additional information if needed if needed/wanted.
