Well, it opens just fine for me on F22-Beta as well as F21 fully updated.

In both cases I'm running KDE.

So, I don't see any problems on either version of Fedora.

The only "odd" thing that I noticed you said you're running T-Bird 31.6.0 on F22-Beta.  But when I install T-Bird using DNF I get 31.5.0.  Have you mis-typed or??
