In this process we would have to work on both 24 and 25 simultaneously, 
with higher priority on 24. Cause on the day we branch from rawhide, 
they should have 25 wallpaper ready so that people don't get confused 
again :)

Another proposal would be to have a rawhide wallpaper with watermark 
(probably the same wallpaper as of of n+1 release with watermark saying 
"rawhide"). That way, design team would need not worry about 2 
simultaneous release wallpaper, if that helps.
