liveCD no test of medium since beginning of F23 untill Final TC1

Hi,
F23 desktop x86_64 Final TC1, the mediacheck is announced, before loading the liveCD, but not performed.
 I had filed a bug some F23 releases ago, there is no response. I think either the announcement "test media and ......" should be removed or the media check should be done. In my opinion this should be a requirement for the final release.
