23 Final TC6 status

Hi folks! You may note there's a new Final TC out, labelled TC6.
However it's missing the Server boot/netinst and DVD images, due to a
dependency issue it looks like. I'll try and work with Dennis to get
another TC built with those images included. Aside from that, you can
still test TC6 fine - live images, ARM images, Cloud images etc.
