Evolution and Shift key

Shift+select with either pointer or key navigation in evolution in
recent F-23 seems random, pre 3.18 GA it use to work, but since the
3.18.x (or there abouts) something has changed to make it
intermittent. Not sure if the cause is evo or some other component
change.
