I tried on host gx27b, 32 bit P4 with flags fpu vme de pse tsc msr pae mce
cx8 apic sep mtrr pge mca cmov pat pse36 clflush dts acpi mmx fxsr sse sse2
ss ht tm pbe pebs bts cid xtpr HTTP, using these:
-rw-rw-r-- 1 46698056 Sep 16 06:59 initrd.img
-rw-rw-r-- 1 383676416 Sep 16 06:58 install.img
-rw-rw-r-- 1 5908896 Sep 4 10:18 vmlinuz
23.19.21

Result was Anaconda welcome screen. Host gx27b has working F22, F23 and
Rawhide already, last updated about 3 weeks ago, so I quit.

Tried again on 32 bit Sempron host m7ncd. Anaconda welcomed me on it too. :-D
