</div>Applications can tell the system not to suspend (it's called 'inhibiting<br>
suspend') but they have to choose to do so. I don't think presentation<br>
apps or music players do. Totem, for instance, does inhibit suspend<br>
while it's playing video (not sure about music).<br></blockquote></div><br>is ti possible to have a list of applications that run by default, and everything else is considered "activity"?<br>
