I noticed this too. Looks like they haven't been able to build the new
publican on F22.

It's a libxml problem[0], with some surprisingly simple
reproducers. Upstream suggested using the "--novalid" flag, but
I've had mixed results. Add yourself to the CC list on the bug,
perhaps it will gain priority.<br>
