I downloaded the original file and got this:
% msgfmt --statistics for_use_usermode_master_ar.po
95 translated messages, 1 untranslated message.

which indicates there was only one untranslated string on it. Generally, 
as you are new here, I highly recommend you take a file that is 
untranslated before if possible so you can learn as you go. The reason I 
am saying this because:

So, somehow you managed to untranslate 84 messages! Can you please 
clarify what's going on?
