Description of problem:

Lacks in Xfce french translation 
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Fedora 21
How reproducible:

Until F20, all menus where translated fine in french. 
Installing Xfce with F21, it appears that "Bureautique" keeps the english word
"Office", "Paramètres" stays "settings, aso.

So as the translation was nice in all Fedora versions earlier, why does this
happen?
