[Fedora-trans-ko] 메일링 리스트 사용에 문제가 있으신 분!

어제 문제에 대하여 문의한 후 방금 회사에서 받은 회답입니다. 
역시 한국이 스팸 대국(?)인게 문제가 되는군요.  

한국에서 대량의 스팸이 open relay로 보내지기 때문에 Red Hat에서 
스팸을 막는 과정에서 아마도 스팸머와 동일한 네트워크를 사용하시는 분들도 불행히 함께 차단되는 경우가 있습니다. 

이러한 경우에는 우선 KRNIC을 직접 연락하셔서 문제를 해결하셔야 합니다. 

또한 제가 메일을 보낼 경우 상대방의 메일 서버가 페도라 리스트를 스팸으로 간주하여 
메일을 되돌아보내는 경우가 있습니다. 지금까지는 한 분만 문제가 있으신 것 같으네요. 그 분께는 제가 개인적으로 연락을 드리겠습니다.

Hi Michelle,

Unfortunately there are a very large number of networks in Korea that have 
open relays.  Although the South Korean government is making good progress in 
educating network operators, those open relays that do exist are widely 
exploited by spammers.  

Red Hat has to filter incoming email given the high volume of spam people try 
to send us, and often customers who are on the same network as a spammer are 
blocked unfortunately.

I would recommend anyone who reports this problem to approach KRNIC directly 
to have this issue resolved via the Korean network operators.
