CrackLib 은 사용자들이 알아내기 쉬운 암호를 사용하는 것을 방지하기 위해 
그 암호가 어떤 일정한 보안 관련 특징을 가졌는가를 시험해 보는 역할을 합 
니다. CrackLib 은 사용자 ID 와 사용자명으로부터 단어들을 만들어낸다음 이 
단어들과 암호를 비교하거나 암호 자체가 간단한 패턴을 가지고 있는지, 또는 
그 암호가 사전에 있는 단어인지를 체크합니다.
CrackLib 은 암호를 체크하는 C 함수와 그 왜 부가적인 함수들을 가지고 있는 
하나의 라이브러리 입니다. CrackLib 은 passwd 프로그램을 대신하는것이 아 
니라 기존의 passwd 프로그램과 같이 쓰여야 하는 것입니다.
만약 사용자들의 암호가 최소한의 보안성을 가지고 있는지 확인할 필요가 있 
다면 CrackLib 패키지를 설치 하십시요. CrackLib을 설치하시려면 
cracklib-dicts 패키지도 같이 설치해야 합니다.

Daredevil SKK 는 SKK (Simple Kana to Kanji 변환기, 일본어 입력기) 의 변 
종으로 SKK 버전 10.56 에서부터 떨어져 나왔습니다. 이것은 하나의 간단한 
코어, 즉 핵심 프로그램과 수많은 기능들을 제공하는 여러개의 다른 프로그램 
들로 이루어져 있습니다. 그러나 저희의 목표는 더 간단한 코어와 더 많은 옵 
션을 제공하는 것입니다.
사전이나 skkserver 는 이 패키지에 들어 있지 않고 따로 패키징 되어 있습니다.

desktop-printing 패키지에는 파일을 아이콘위에 끌어다 놓음으로써 인쇄를 
할 수 있는 (드랙엔드롭 인쇄) 데스크탑 아이콘이 들어있습니다. 이것은 여러 
종류의 파일들을 프린트 할 수 있고, 또 각 파일을 올바르게 프린트 할 수 있 
게 적당한 변환을 거치도록 해줍니다.
