Can't join fedora zh_cn team

[Robber Phex]

我先申请了一个transifex账号（和google绑定），申请加入翻译团队（这时没有什么问题）。
但回头我发现自己的一些资料都没有完善，比如在wiki上没有user页面等。
就完善了一下资料，在transifex上撤销请求，结果发现就再也加入不了了。
