Just did a manual checkout for all those projects. All of then got updated
and I can download/view the files normally.

I noticed that most of those project did have a update since 3 weeks ago.
Not sure why though. Lets keep an eye on it and see if things get updated
normally from now on. IRC the update should happen once a day.

For the record, make sure you don't access those URL with a / in the end,
otherwise you'll get a 404 error.
