PulseAudio: translation submissions disabled from translate.fedoraproject.org

Hi,

The pulseaudio.org front page says:
"2010-01-06: Please submit translations via Transifex.net, not any
longer through Fedora's Transifex installation."

I only just noticed this and I went ahead and disabled commits from
translate.fpo to the PulseAudio git repository. From now on you can use
https://www.transifex.net/projects/p/pulseaudio/ to submit your
translations.
