Hi

According to the ticket recently created [1],  the cause has been 
identified in Installation Guide. Mike and Diego are working hard to fix 
this problem.

Please notice that for a while you may experience the difficulty of 
submitting any file of the above guide. It would be best to stay away 
from this guide atm until further notification is made from them.
