Proper introduction of Rūdolfs Mazurs from Latvia

Hello everybody!

This time to introduce myself properly, my name is Rūdolfs Mazurs, I am
from Latvia, Riga. My user name is 'tranzistors' and I would like to
maintain Latvian language in fedora project.
I am computer science student and I have worked on Ubuntu, Gnome and
OpenOffice localization.
