Transifex: Can't download Finnish po files

Hi,

I have a problem with Transifex. I am not able to download po files for
local translation even though I would prefer to use Virtaal locally
rather than Transifex.

I'm using the page
https://fedora.transifex.net/projects/p/fedora/r/fedora-15/l/fi/

Transifex attempts to get a lock, but just sits there and never send the
file to my browser. Is anyone else seeing this problem?
