No language chooser in GDM (was: L10N and I18N Installation Test Day Tomorrow)

GDM has changed between F13/F14 and F15. In F14, you get the panel at
the bottom of the screen, which lets you choose the keyboard layout and
the language, even before automatic login on a live CD. In F15, there is
no such panel and no obvious way of selecting the layout or the
language.
