Zif and SOS projects on Fedora Upstream

Hi, 

At the Spanish team we are having problems adding translations for two
projects in Fedora Upstream projects. Those projects are Zif [1] and SOS
[2]. 

We believe it is probably because they are set up not to aloud
translations teams (Zif), or because those teams are still pending to be
approved (SOS). If this is correct, should we contact the maintainers?
Or perhaps Diego, Dimitris or Piotr can fix this for us?
