<p>Yes they are breaking the freeze, but would you prefer them not handling L10n at all?<br>
They are doing a huge work, and they try to do their best to let us release Fedora 18.<br>
There have to be some more changes coming. It is an exception.<br>
Please be patient, watch the updates, and hope to reach 100% for the final RPM.</p>
<p>I have asked them to prevent us when it will appear, but they are really too busy.</p>
