Evolution Sender to OE Recipient Problem

I was visiting a client today at one of their branches and the Branch
Manager cannot view any of my (Evolution originated - all plain text)
emails in Outlook Express other than through the Message Source. Has
anyone else seen this behavior? Any ideas what might be causing this?
