Yum update

Since few days i see some update in up2date icon but when i run sudo yum
update i obtain : 
No Packages marked for Update/Obsoletion

I use this url for updates :
baseurl=http://ayo.freshrpms.net/fedora/linux/$releasever/$basearch/updates

This one is not up to date ?
