dvd authoring software

[nightrid3r]

I'll need to create a number of dvd's that will contain video.
It must be possible to play them in stand alone dvd players.
I will be useing different source type's (avi mpeg divx ...)
I also need to be able to add subtitles to the dvd.

Any suggestions are welcome
