Problem with RTL8211 onboard LAN

This is my first pc build and I used a Gigabyte M6p1-s3 nVIDIA GeForce 6100
nForce 430 mobo with onboard LAN RTL8211 and onboard audio Realtek ALC833.
I installed Fedora 6 and the onboard video was recognized fine but the
network and audio don't work.  The detected hardware is an nVidia Corp. MCP
Ethernet and no sound was detected.  Any suggestions???
