I tried to install kmod-fglrx (yum install kmod-fglrx). It seemed to 
install well, but X wouln't start anymore, even when I changed xorg.conf 
back to "radeon". I couldn't get kmod-fglrx removed (yum remove 
kmod-fglrx) so in the end I reinstalled f8.
