What is misleading about that?  Some context would be useful.uh huh. but

Again. Some context would be useful but Fedora doesn't use the term
"stable" and "unstable".   There is a development branch called Rawhide
and there are general releases currently maintained - Fedora 12 and
Fedora 11 in additional to Fedora 13,  under development and will be
released in a month.
