Problem with yum (was Re: command wvdial not found)

Thank you for your answer. After executing the command you gave me, I realised that I have a problem with my yum

Here is the output:

[root at localhost ~]# yum provides */bin/wvdial

The text in french means: Additional modules loaded.

I'm using fedora12 (i don't want to upgrade to a newer version).
