hi,
I have the same problem when I use ipv6 repository. There are some output
below:
[root at localhost ~]# yum -d 255 repolist
Not loading "blacklist" plugin, as it is disabled
Loading "presto" plugin
Loading "refresh-packagekit" plugin
Not loading "whiteout" plugin, as it is disabled
Running "config" handler for "presto" plugin
Config time: 0.061
Yum Version: 3.2.28
COMMAND: yum -d 255 repolist
Installroot: /
ftp://ftp.jaist.ac.jp/pub/Linux/Fedora/releases/13/Everything/i386/os/repodata/repomd.xml:
[Errno 14] PYCURL ERROR 7 - ""
Trying other mirror.
Error: Cannot retrieve repository metadata (repomd.xml) for repository:
jaist. Please verify its path and try again

but when i use ipv4 repository, everything is ok. It's the yum bug? I hope
someone can give me some help. Thanks!
