Hi,

pick one of those mirror servers:
http://mirrors.rpmfusion.org/mm/publiclist/

Download the two files (rpmfusion-nonfree-release-stable.noarch.rpm and 
rpmfusion-free-release-stable.noarch.rpm) from one of those mirros and 
install them with the "rpm -i" command.
