Burnig DVD problem

This sounds like you've burn the disc wrong.  When you download an ISO
file, you burn a disc directly from it.  You do not copy the files to a
disc.  That'll give you a non-booting disc with the files.  You need to
create a bootable disc, and the ISO file is already built to do that.
