How does F13 work with nvidia hardware ?

As long as you have hardware that can use the 195.36.24 driver (7 series 
or higher) then you will be fine. If you have older hardware you will 
have to modify your xorg.conf and add the IgnoreABI option or it might 
just flat out not work.
