I'm not saying the problem is actuially in virt-manager.  The problem
could certainly be in libvirtd and only be triggered by the latest
virt-manager.  For me at least, the problem only shows up if virt-manager
is running and...

...it disappears for me as soon as I downgrade to the previous
virt-manager release.
