hard freezes on f14

  I have not had any pauses - just the crashes. I have 4 Gb mem on this
laptop and little chance of swapping during normal use.

  The new scheduler (kernel) changes that linus and galbraith have been
working on are very exciting I am hoping they will be made available as
an option anyway on f14 once they are in released mainline. Not sure if
that would help your problem ...
