AFAIK, VMware Server Remote Console plug-in is not updated to newer 
versions of Firefox [1], you can extract the content of the plug-in 
(.xpi file) and run it as standalone app.

If fedora is used as VMware server host (BTW fedora is not tested) then 
you should follow this how-to [2]
