wvdial does not disconnect after ctrl-c

I seem to recall doing something *like* "ifup ppp" and "ifdown ppp", to
connect and disconnect, back when I was still using dialup. I didn't
use wvdial *directly*.

Don't send private replies to my address, the mailbox is ignored. I
