How to reinstall Fedora without formatting all disks in system

That shouldn't be a problem. If you go the normal install route via
DVD it will recognise the old partitions and in the custom partition
screen you can choose which one the install should go on and how to
mount the other ones.

Make a backup anyway though :-)
