Fresh Install On 320G HD; Only 238G Home Folder

Your disk is 298G in size (real gigabytes, not disk drive manufacturer's
gigabytes).  The 238G /home partition is 238G + 50G of / .  That's 288G.
Swap is 6G.  That's 294G.
