multi-user.target and graphical.target are symlinked to runlevel3.target
and runlevel5.target   For instance,

ll /etc/systemd/system/runlevel5.target

lrwxrwxrwx. 1 root root 36 Aug 24  2010
/etc/systemd/system/runlevel5.target -> /lib/systemd/system/graphical.target
