F15 -> F16, sleep keys don't work

Oops, I should clarify that the key-combo and acpitool worked prior to
the upgrade from F15. Also, pm-suspend *does* work. I see that
/proc/acpi/* is deprecated, so perhaps this is a matter of tools using
the old/removed sleep method?
