I think it's most likely due to a change in the HPLIP package. To find
out more about it, follow the instructions below.
1. Make a backup copy of the PPDs that you now using, which work fine:
cp -a /etc/cups/ppd ~/etc-cups-ppd-working
2. Now update only HPLIP:
yum update 'hplip*' hpijs
3. Try printing again. My guess is that it will print incorrectly
again.
4. Assuming this is the case, report a bug against the hplip component,
and include the output of this command:
diff -ur ~/etc-cups-ppd-working /etc/cups/ppd
as well as the version of HPLIP which worked, and that which didn't.
