Export / Import personal KDE Menus

The menu itself should be defined in a .directory file located in
~/.local/share/desktop-directories
the menu items in .desktop files located in
~/.local/share/applications

It should be enough to copy all those files to the corresponding
directories of the new system and running kbuildsycoca4 afterwards.
