Missing option in program appr

I wrote about a problem if you run add or remove option in apper. I
don't know what to say. The option was there when I first ran apper,
since I used it and apper was removed.

I must apologize but I know I ran such an option and the program apper
was removed. I have no explanation of this phenomena.

I follow the advice of a famous man whose name must not be revealed. If
you don't like an event deny it occurred ;-)
