Is it me or is it sudo?

I have this, using the group, not the user.

%wheel ALL=(ALL) NOPASSWD: ALL

However, sometimes a space makes all the difference (silly, I know). Have
you tried adding spaces like so: markh    ALL = (ALL)    NOPASSWD: ALL
