Squirrelmail Not Working after Upgrade to Fedora 18

After upgrading to fedora 18 from fedora 17 using fedup, my squirrelmail is not working. Users are receiving a FORBIDDEN:You don't have permission to access /webmail/src/login.php on this server. I have tried reconfiguring httpd.conf every which from Sunday, but no joy.  Does anyone else have a handle on this?
