Comps doesn't contains language support.  It has been moved into a separate
plugin which should have installed by default IIRC.  In any case,

yum install yum-langpack
yum langinstall el_GR

Just as a side note, some of the language you listed might have more people
speaking them.  Don't call them obscure because you dont recognize them
