Absultely. What you're looking for is "kickstart". Take a look at the
documentation here: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Anaconda/Kickstart

I don't know what you need to do to provide boot paramters to virtual box,
but I do it with virt-install, using the '-x' option to provide the ks
command line flag with a URL to the kickstart file.
