Weird yum or rpm effect since some days in F19

Hi all,

having a very weird effect since some days: installing a new package
with yum or rpm inside a gnome3-session resets the gnome-shell some
seconds after the installation has been done (the screen flickers,
window frames disappear and re-appear, like a gnome-shell restart).
Sometimes, the gnome3 session crashes so it loggs out (with the "oh, no,
something..." screen).

This happens too in a gnome-classsic session.

No such effect inside other session types (mate for example)

Anybody sees this too?
