First you should check the BIOS version and eventually upgrade it.
$ su -c "dmidecode -t bios"
$ su -c "dmidecode -t baseboard"

Last 'xhci' related commit[1] was 2013-08-28, so you should try with [2]
i.e. [3],
$ su -c "rpm -ivh
http://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/packages/kernel/3.12.0/0.rc1.git3.1.fc21/x86_64/kernel-3.12.0-0.rc1.git3.1.fc21.x86_64.rpm"
or
$ su -c "yum install
http://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/packages/kernel/3.12.0/0.rc1.git3.1.fc21/x86_64/kernel-3.12.0-0.rc1.git3.1.fc21.x86_64.rpm"

If doesn't work, you should try to contact [4] at [5].
